There are many issues to consider for conserving Hawai'i forests and the forms of life that inhabit them. SoundsHawaiian focuses on heightening awareness and appreciation of the sounds we hear, and how we listen to and for them. Hawai'i is rich in quiet places, and the quality of the aural experience of the world around us is eroded continually. In this space we will develop and articulate, as time allows, the problems of conserving these quiet places in Hawai'i. Please stay tuned.
